Access to Rooms, Check-in, and Check-out

The hotelier reserves the right to decline service to guests whose attire is indecent or unkempt, and whose behavior is noisy, inappropriate, intoxicated, contrary to good morals and public order.

Anyone wishing to stay at the hotel must disclose their identity and age, as well as the identities and ages of those accompanying them. Guests cannot invite unknown third parties into their rooms (as per the Order of the Police Prefect of October 28, 1936, amended by the Order Art. 9 of February 1, 1940) without the hotelier's permission. Similarly, guests cannot exceed the room's occupancy limit as set by current regulations.

If this rule is broken, the hotel reserves the right to charge the responsible guest the cost of a room for the excess number of individuals, whether or not the client is present, at the prevailing rates at the time of the internal regulation breach. The offending guest's credit card will be charged.

Upon arrival, unless otherwise arranged with the hotelier, guests cannot expect to occupy their rooms before 4:00 PM. Nightly rentals end at 12:00 PM regardless of the guest's arrival time.

A luggage storage service is available for guests at the hotel's reception. The hotel accepts no responsibility for theft or damage to these items.

A bank imprint of €160 will be requested by the establishment upon your arrival (equivalent to 5 nights for stays of 5 nights or more).

Upon departure, guests must return their room keys to the reception. It is forbidden to take any item from the hotel. If mistakenly done, the guest should notify the hotelier and return the item, or they will be charged for it. The room key is for the guest's personal use only and must not be given to a third party. It should be returned upon check-out.

Failure to return the key will result in a €25 charge, which will be deducted from the guest's credit card.

Children and Extra Beds

Children are entirely the responsibility of the guest. They must not be left unattended in the room.

Upon the guest's request, the hotel can provide a crib, subject to availability, and it can only be set up in the superior rooms.

One child up to 3 years old can stay free of charge when using the available bedding.

Children and adults older than 3 years are not permitted to use this bedding. Guests must specifically request the hotel for the use of an extra bed, which will be charged at a rate of €30 per day.

The provision of an extra bed is subject to availability.

The maximum number of baby cots in a room is 1.

The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.

Additional charges are not automatically calculated in the total booking amount on the website and must be paid separately directly to the establishment.

Group

A reservation is considered a group booking when 5 or more rooms are reserved. A deposit of 50% of the total reservation amount will be required at the time of booking to confirm the group. In the event of cancellation or modification up to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, excluding a flat cancellation fee of €100.

The deposit will not be refundable for any cancellation or modification made less than 15 days before the arrival date.

Pets

Pets are allowed with an additional charge of €19. Pets are solely the responsibility of their owner. It is not permitted to leave pets unattended in the room.

Guide dogs for the blind and assistance dogs are admitted free of charge with the prior agreement of the hotelier.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open from 08:00 to 20:00 for suite guests and from 10:30 to 18:30 for apartment guests (a package for pool access is available for them). The hotel declines all responsibility for accidents that occur in or around the pool. It is understood that children must be under parental supervision.

Medical Restrictions

Non-compliance with the rules, safety and hygiene regulations, as well as any damage or negligence that could result in direct or indirect harm to equipment, individuals, or future services, engages your liability and will be billed. You are responsible for ensuring your physical condition is suitable for access, and we disclaim all liability in the event of after-effects related to the services provided.

If you suffer from health problems (circulatory, cardiac, respiratory issues, allergies, asthma...) or if you are pregnant, please do not fail to inform us.

We disclaim all responsibility in the event of physical damage (falls - burns especially related to wearing jewelry) or material damage, loss, or alteration of jewelry, cameras, phones, etc.

Liability

Relaxation Area: Jacuzzi, Hammam, Solarium

Access is exclusively for adults. Both the hammam and jacuzzi are unisex.

However, we do allow minors over the age of 16 when accompanied by an adult.

For safety reasons, a minimum of 2 people are required for admission.

Due to health restrictions related to Covid-19, this facility may be closed to the public.

Usage and Safety Rules

Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory. Taking a shower is required.

Respect of the Premises: Hygiene and Safety Rules

A decent attitude, marked by restraint and discretion is required to maintain the tranquility of the location.

Engaging in sexual activities is strictly prohibited in the relaxation area.

It's forbidden to bring in glass objects, consume alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and to smoke.

Any breach of hygiene and safety instructions will result in the immediate removal of anyone whose behavior goes against these rules.

Damages and Disturbances

Guests are expected to treat the rented premises with the care and responsibility of a diligent family member.

All rooms provided to our guests are inspected and are in good condition upon check-in. Guests are urged to immediately report any discrepancies or issues to the hotel reception.

In the event of any damages, the guest will be held liable. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for repairs or replacements. Any infractions found after the guest's departure will be charged to the guest's card.

For intentional or unintentional damage to the hotel's property, equipment, or furniture, the hotel can demand full compensation with a penalty and damages ranging from 1000€ to 2000€.

In case of flooding or water damage, either intentional or unintentional, the guest will be charged for all incurred damages. If other rooms are affected, the guest will be liable for the costs of those rooms' occupants.

The hotel can charge a cleaning fee if a room is left in an unacceptable condition. Any damage to the floor, bedding, or mattress will result in a minimum charge of 1000€ for restoration and lost rental revenue.

Generally, guests must settle any damages directly with the hotel. They can seek reimbursement from their insurance for any intentional or unintentional damages caused during their stay.

All our rooms are non-smoking. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests an additional night's fee for extra cleaning if they smoke in their room. Guests who continue to smoke outside the designated areas will be asked to leave the hotel.

Failure to abide by the hotel's rules will result in guests being asked to leave without any refund entitlement. The hotel may charge any undeclared consumptions and room damages, which will be deducted from the credit card provided at booking. The hotel is not obliged to notify the guest in advance but can provide an invoice upon request.

Guests should not affix anything to the walls or move any furniture.

Disturbances, even during daytime, are prohibited. Any guest causing disturbances in any form will be asked to leave the hotel immediately without a refund. For the comfort of all guests, noise must be minimized between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please refrain from slamming doors and loud noises, especially during these hours. Excessive noise from guests or their pets may lead to eviction without the need for noise measurements if it disrupts other guests (articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). Any significant disturbances will be reported to the police if necessary.

Hotel rooms are for resting. Any commercial activities are strictly prohibited.

Prohibitions

For safety reasons and out of respect for all guests:

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel. As per decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006, which lays down the conditions for the implementation of the smoking ban in places designated for collective use, smoking in the hotel may result in an additional charge of 90€ or potential legal proceedings.

Fire Detection Equipment: It is strictly forbidden to tamper with or dismantle any fire detection equipment. Any violation of this rule is subject to penalties similar to the above.

False Fire Alarms: Any unwarranted triggering of the fire alarm due to a breach of this policy will result in a charge of 150€ for the costs associated with resetting the fire safety system.

Cooking and Food: Cooking in the rooms is prohibited. Additionally, guests are not allowed to have meals in the rooms that are not provided by the hotel or bring in outside beverages. It's also forbidden to do laundry in the rooms.

Guests are reminded to be cautious and respectful during their stay, considering the safety and well-being of all patrons and the property.

Complaints

Any complaint regarding the quality of services provided must be submitted to the hotel management immediately.

Safe Deposit Box

Identification documents and valuable items (watches, jewelry, means of payment, etc...) should be placed in the safe provided for this purpose, available in each suite.

Forgotten Items

Items left behind or abandoned may be sold under the conditions provided by the law of March 31, 1896. If the guest requests the return of their belongings by parcel or mail, it will mandatorily be done with tracking and insurance for valuable items. The shipment will be made after the guest has paid the shipping costs.

Parking

A private parking is available to our guests.

It is not monitored.

We accept no responsibility for any loss/theft/damage within the parking premises.

Defrauding

Defrauding is an offense characterized by consuming a paid good or service:

  • Knowing one is unable to pay or deliberately deciding not to pay.
  • While pretending to be willing to pay.

Defrauding is punishable by 6 months imprisonment and a fine of 7,500€, in addition to damages and interest.

Acceptance of the House Rules

The hotel's house rules apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the General Sales Conditions and the hotel's house rules. Non-compliance with the above provisions results in the immediate termination of the contract, and financial penalties will be applied. In case of non-compliance with the hotel's house rules, the guest will be asked to leave the hotel without being entitled to any refund.

If a guest fails to comply with any of these conditions, the hotelier will be obliged to ask the guest to leave the establishment immediately without any compensation.
